Aromatherapy

Q:  What can you do to help you fall asleep faster?
A:  I use an aromatherapy idea: I slather lavender-scented cream on my hands before I go to bed. The scent is relaxing-scientific studies have shown that it helps with insomnia-and the cream helps to keep my hands soft.
